  1. Prosperity

  • All activities leads to a long-term prosperity
  • We do not support activities not creating added value and/or creating loss
  • Products are produced according to relevant specification, law directions and with appropriate expenses allowing profit creation.

  •   2. Participants (owners, customers, employees, unions, companies)

  • To understand the needs and expectations of participants is a presumption of successful fulfilling
  • All activities leading to satisfaction of needs and presumptions of participants
  • The goal is to supply better products and services exceeding the competition

    3. Law

  • Our corporate goal is, for all activities, to fulfill all legal requirements exceeding the requirements for the quality, environment and safety at work

  •   4. Managing system

  • Managing system certified according to standards of relevant areas (as for example quality, environment, safety and security at work) is to be permanently improved and developed

    5. Quality

  • The task is to obtain a zero-mistake appearance at all activities
  • Low-class products shall not pass at any case. The reason of faulty must be analyzed and removed permanently. Every producer is liable for its products for the total live-period of the product

    6. Suppliers

  • In-time implementation of suppliers into new projects is a proper base to fulfill and supply the products

    7. Environment and work premises

  • Products and our services have to keep the guarantee, that we protect our environment
  • Use of implemented processes, effective use of entering materials and energy can help us to decrease the load of environment and Safety at work by polluting materials and waste
  • The influence of environment and safety at work is always a point of control in all steps – development of product and also its production
  • By forecasting and appropriate preparations we can manage the influence of potential risks, mainly in the field of environment and safety at work
  • Cooperation between both, the company and the public can help us to work on the projects globally which will lead to an improvement of environment, safety at work and also image of company

  •   8. Employees

  • Each employee of our company knows the supplier and the customer of his/her work. Everybody is liable to do their tasks properly, on-time and to make all steps in order to improve the quality, lower the environmental effects and to keep all safety work regulations.
  • We develop a personal relationship of our workers against company and its tradition
  • Satisfied and positively motivated employees create a perfect baser for high-quality products and services
  • By regular training and information the employees of our company about the quality, environment and safety at work, we will increase the awareness of our employees

    9. Improvements

  • Rigorous and regular result measuring will show the space for further improvements
  • By permanent improvement of all activities, processes and product, team work and mutual support of all employees, we would like to reach the following:
    • Return of satisfied customer and not faulty product
    • Minimize effects on environment, which should be lower than expected by participants
    • Output of daily operations with 0 number of work injuries
  • Improvements and preventive actions are much more effective, than corrective actions. By using the tools of prevention, we would like to reach a 0 occurrence of mistakes.
  • A part of the funding will be used by the management of the company in the programs of safety and improvement of environment and surrounding of the company, safety at work and satisfaction of participants.



  • Management Declaration:

    The management declares, that will develop maximum effort to create necessary conditions and sources in order to fulfill the goals of the company.
