Title of the project:: mplementation of complete ERP, CRM and EDI system
Contents: The project solves an effective management and control of internal company processes with the target to obtain a higher level of competitiveness, simplify the administration by implementing paperless office, and to improve the B2B relationships by using EDI system and by implementation of business and marketing relations within CRM. A part of the project is also an implementation of the production and equity evidence by using the barcodes and establishment of independent reserve system. The implementation includes new HW, as for example new server, reserve HW and barcode readers.

Based on the Decision of the Ministry of industry and business about the grant support No.: 1525-08/2.2IT801-210/08/082000 the Project was agreed in association with the OPPI-ICT goals in companies – Call I as acceptable for grant support.
REALIZED PROJECTS:
In 2005, the Company has participated in Operation program of Industry and Business (OPPP) ROZVOJ II, organized by Czechinvest agency, by the form of project:
"Enhancement of product quality, capacity and to obtain new customer by implementing laser cutting and robotized center."
Within this project the Company has purchased the first robotized tool and a laser cutting center. Both of these important investments have significantly increased the quality and productivity at crucial workplaces. Both of above mentioned created necessary condition to realize a strategic intention of the Company - to supply the tow bars to Volkswagen concern.
Based on the expertise this project is co-financed with the European fund for regional development and by the Ministry of Industry and business.
